誠に勝手ながら、2026年9月16日（水）から9月23日（水）まで、訪日外国人患者様へのより良い医療サービスの提供を目的とした診療体制の整備および院内研修のため、訪日外国人向け往診サービスを休診とさせていただきます。

休診期間中は、診療体制や多言語での患者様対応を含めたサービスの見直し・整備を行い、今後も国内外からお越しになる患者様に、より安心してご利用いただける医療サービスの提供に努めてまいります。

2026年9月24日（木）より通常通り診療を再開いたします。

ご利用を予定されていた患者様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Please be advised that our House Call Service for Foreign Visitors to Japan will be temporarily closed from Wednesday, September 16 through Wednesday, September 23, 2026, due to staff training and improvements to our medical care system aimed at providing better medical services to international patients visiting Japan.

During this period, we will review and enhance our medical care system, including our multilingual patient support services, in order to provide a safer, more reliable, and higher-quality medical service to patients from around the world.

Our house call service will resume as usual on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and greatly appreciate your kind understanding.

We look forward to continuing to provide reliable and accessible medical care to international visitors to Japan through Yamashita Clinic.

年末年始の診療は、
12月29日（月）まで通常通り往診、
12月30日（火）～1月5日（月）まで休診
とさせていただきます。1月6日（火）より通常診療を再開いたします。

12月28日（日）は、11:00～23:00（受付22:30まで）で往診致します。

Year-End and New Year Schedule

House call services are available as usual until Monday, December 29.
The clinic will be closed from December 30 to January 5.
Regular services will resume on Tuesday, January 6.

On Sunday, December 28, house calls are available from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(Last call: 10:30 p.m.)

当院では診療体制の見直しに伴い、12月5日（金）より往診日・時間を以下の通り変更いたします。
併せて、往診料金は平日・土曜日の区別なく同一料金となります。

往診日：月曜日～土曜日

往診時間：19:00～23:00

休診日：日曜日・祝日、毎月第４土曜日とその前日の金曜日

より良い診療体制の構築に努めてまいりますので、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Due to a revision of our medical service system, we will update our house-call days and hours effective Friday, December 5, as outlined below.
In addition, house-call fees will be standardized, with no difference between weekdays and Saturdays.

House-Call Days:：Monday–Saturday
Hours:：19:00–23:00
Closed:：Sundays, national holidays, and the fourth Saturday of each month and the preceding Friday
