CANCELLATION POLICY
After you request a house call, our clinic will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details of your visit.
Once you have confirmed and agreed to proceed with the house call, a cancellation fee of 25% of the standard house call fee (¥125,000) will apply if you cancel your appointment.
