年末年始の診療は、
12月29日（月）まで通常通り往診、
12月30日（火）～1月5日（月）まで休診
とさせていただきます。1月6日（火）より通常診療を再開いたします。

12月28日（日）は、11:00～23:00（受付22:30まで）で往診致します。

ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

Year-End and New Year Schedule

House call services are available as usual until Monday, December 29.
The clinic will be closed from December 30 to January 5.
Regular services will resume on Tuesday, January 6.

On Sunday, December 28, house calls are available from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(Last call: 10:30 p.m.)

当院では診療体制の見直しに伴い、12月5日（金）より往診日・時間を以下の通り変更いたします。
併せて、往診料金は平日・土曜日の区別なく同一料金となります。

往診日：月曜日～土曜日

往診時間：19:00～23:00

休診日：日曜日・祝日、毎月第４土曜日とその前日の金曜日

より良い診療体制の構築に努めてまいりますので、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Due to a revision of our medical service system, we will update our house-call days and hours effective Friday, December 5, as outlined below.
In addition, house-call fees will be standardized, with no difference between weekdays and Saturdays.

House-Call Days:：Monday–Saturday
Hours:：19:00–23:00
Closed:：Sundays, national holidays, and the fourth Saturday of each month and the preceding Friday
