Support is available in seven languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, and Vietnamese.
Note: Thai support is available until 6:00 PM, and Vietnamese support is available until 7:00 PM.

We support 22 languages, including English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Malay, French, German, Italian, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Nepali, Khmer, Burmese, Mongolian, Sinhala, Hindi, Bengali, and Urdu. Medical consultations are conducted with the assistance of a medical interpreter via tablet device or telephone.

We will carefully listen to your symptoms and condition, and clearly and thoroughly explain the treatment plan.

Process for house call services

Please confirm whether a house call is allowed at your accommodation.

Check with your accommodation facility to see if they accept doctor home visits. If communication in Japanese is difficult, we can contact the facility on your behalf. Our clinic’s phone number: 050-5527-2422.

Please book your house call appointment by phone or via the Online Appointment.

Once we have confirmed the doctor’s availability, please call 050-5527-2422 or submit your reservation through the Online Appointment.

We will ask about your current symptoms and personal information.

Details of your current symptoms. (e.g., fever, pain, when the symptoms started)
Patient information. (full name, age, gender, preferred language for the visit)
Location of your stay. (address, hotel name, room number)
Contact information.
Preferred time for the doctor’s visit.

Determining Eligibility for House Call Services.

After receiving your inquiry, our operator will call you to ask detailed questions about your symptoms. A doctor will then assess the urgency of your condition.
Note : we may not be able to provide a house call depending on the severity and urgency of your symptoms.

Doctor’s visit and medical examination.

The doctor will visit your accommodation to conduct the examination. (The doctor and a medical assistant will come by car)
The consultation and any necessary tests will be performed in your room at the accommodation. (hotel, company facility, or airport)

Medical Interview

We will ask about your symptoms, medical history, and also verify your identification such as your passport.

Examination

A physical examination and necessary tests will be conducted.

Explanation

We will clearly explain the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Prescription

After the examination, the doctor will prescribe medication on the spot if deemed necessary.

Payment Information

After the medical interview, please pay the house call fee before the consultation.
If you wish to have any tests or IV therapy, please pay the corresponding fees in advance as well.

Since we are unable to accept cash, payment must be made by credit card. We accept credit card payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Discover.

Access to the Facility for Medical Staff
During a house call, the attending doctor and their assistant staff will need to enter your facility.
If there are any special procedures or rules for entry, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us in advance.
Confirmation of Guest’s Location
With the consent of the guest receiving the visit, we may need to confirm information such as their room number.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure the medical consultation can be carried out safely and smoothly.
